- 15,000 To 25,000 Per Month
Education:
- Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience:
- Total Experience : 3 Years with call center or Telecaller.
- Minimum Experience : 1 to 2 Years of Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Follow call scripts and protocols to ensure consistent communication.
- Input and maintain customer data in the system with accuracy.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services as per the company's guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support as needed.
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude during interactions.
- Adhere to call center policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service skills.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
- Adaptability to changing processes and procedures.
- Languages:
- English, Hindi and Marathi.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
