**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Invite clients to visit our real estate properties and schedule site visits.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date database of potential clients.
- Provide clients with information about property options, prices, and available promotions.
- Follow up with leads to ensure their interest remains high and confirm site visit appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand property details and updates.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly tele-calling and site visit targets.
- Answer client queries in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and market trends.
- Support other pre-sales activities as needed to assist in lead generation and customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele-calling or customer service (experience in real estate is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and generate interest.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property offerings is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tele-calling tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
