We are hiring for presales executive for Gurgaon location and attached the JD below
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Ø Generate new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients.
Ø Create and deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and product/service proposals.
Ø Provide consultative advice to customers on their purchasing decisions.
Ø Develop and maintain an accurate database of customer information.
Ø Monitor customer feedback and communicate customer concerns to the relevant departments.
Ø Follow up on sales inquiries, orders and customer feedback.
Ø Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Ø Stay up to date with product and service information.
**Minimum Job Requirements**
Ø Any Graduate withat least 2-3 years of experience directly related to the duties & responsibilities specified.
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
