**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, responsible for engaging leads, understanding their needs, and setting up site visits. If you have excellent communication skills and a go-getter attitude, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads by understanding their budget, location preference, and buying intent.
- Explain project details including pricing, amenities, location benefits, and legal documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged and move them down the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency preferred)
- Go-getter attitude with a proactive and positive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided)
