
Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **1. Technical Sales: -** Understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers. - Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions that align with their requirements.
- **2. Customer Engagement: -** Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. - Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations, installations to showcase the value and functionality of our products.
- **3. Sales Strategy Development: -** Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- **4. Technical Support: -** Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product performance and functionality.
- **5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: - **Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and enhancements. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Acedamic Req**: MBA + B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from a premier institutes.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
