**Job Description: Footwear Quality Inspector**

**Position Overview**:The Footwear Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that footwear products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to the market. This role involves closely examining footwear products at various stages of production, identifying defects or discrepancies, and collaborating with production teams to uphold the company's quality benchmarks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Inspection**:Conduct thorough inspections of footwear products, including uppers, soles, stitching, and overall construction.
Identify and document defects such as uneven stitching, incorrect assembly, material flaws, and color discrepancies.
Follow established inspection criteria and quality standards to determine product acceptability.

**Production Collaboration**:Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality standards are communicated and upheld throughout the manufacturing process.
Provide feedback and guidance to production personnel on areas of improvement to prevent defects.

**Sample Evaluation**:Inspect pre-production and production samples to verify that they meet design specifications and approved standards.
Collaborate with design and development teams to address any quality concerns or discrepancies.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Record inspection findings, defects, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, sample evaluations, and product assessments.

**Problem Solving**:Analyze defects and quality issues to identify root causes and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

**Training and Development**:Train new quality inspectors on inspection techniques, quality standards, and company procedures.
Stay updated on industry best practices and footwear construction methods to enhance inspection skills.

**Communication**:Communicate quality-related issues and findings to relevant stakeholders, including production managers, designers, and suppliers.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss quality trends, improvements, and strategies.

**Continuous Improvement**:Proactively seek opportunities to enhance product quality, streamline inspection processes, and reduce defects.
Provide feedback to the quality assurance team to contribute to the refinement of quality control procedures.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
