E-Commerce Merchandizer

Key Responsibilities
Merchandising & Planning

• Develop seasonal product assortments across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Prepare and maintain
  order sheets, red sheets, and promissory sheets

to streamline production workflows.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to guide product assortment and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with design and production to finalize product specifications (materials, colors, trims, sizing).
- Create and maintain line sheets, merchandising decks, and product calendars.

Coordination & Customer Alignment

• Act as a bridge between
  customer experience and production teams

to ensure on-time or early completion of orders.
- Support front-facing teams with
escalations and customer concerns

regarding product manufacturing and delivery.
- Provide structured feedback from customers and sales to inform product development and process improvements.

Inventory & Supplier Management

• Oversee and manage
  inventory stock levels

across SKUs, sizes, and categories.
- Forecast demand and ensure timely procurement through purchase orders.
- Build and maintain a reliable
network of suppliers and vendors

for raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor vendor compliance with quality, pricing, and delivery standards.

Product Development & Presentation

• Support the company with
  new product development

initiatives, including prototypes, material selection, and launch planning.
- Ensure all products are styled, named, and positioned in line with Craft & Glory's heritage storytelling.
- Work with marketing and e-commerce teams to provide product details, descriptions, and launch collateral.
