Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer – Footwear Industry

Location: Gurugram, India

Experience Required: 5+ years (preferably in footwear or fashion industry)

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Head of Brand / Creative Director

Budget : 50k to 60k

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in the shoe or fashion industry. You'll be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that elevate our brand presence across all digital and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for aesthetics, an understanding of luxury storytelling, and the ability to translate brand identity into powerful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design visual assets for campaigns, product launches, packaging, digital ads, and social media.

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Design lookbooks, catalogues, retail creatives, and brand communication collaterals.

Lead creative direction for photoshoots and ensure high visual quality across imagery and videos.

Develop packaging and in-store visual merchandising elements aligned with brand positioning.

Create content for website, emailers, performance marketing, and social media.

Stay updated with fashion and footwear design trends, consumer behavior, and visual storytelling techniques.

Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control on all design deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in the footwear or fashion industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom) and other relevant design tools.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and luxury brand aesthetics.

Experience in product visualization, mockups, and digital campaign creatives.

Knowledge of print production, packaging design, and social media aesthetics.

Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a pulse on design trends.
