
Customer Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- **Provide Assistance**: Assist customers with product information, order status, sizing, and other related queries.
- **Order Management**:
- **Process Orders**: Handle order processing, including order entry, tracking, and updating customers on the status of their purchases.
- **Manage Returns/Exchanges**: Facilitate the return and exchange process, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- **Resolve Problems**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively.
- **Escalate Issues**: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- **Stay Informed**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the clothing brand’s products, promotions, and policies.
- **Advise Customers**: Provide recommendations and information about products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Customer Experience**:
- **Enhance Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and attentive service.
- **Gather Feedback**: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- **Generate Reports**: Provide feedback and reports on customer issues and trends to management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
