Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products and services, resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, product returns, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
