
Field Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard new retailers, hardware stores, and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit shops to ensure product availability, visibility, and display.
- Educate retailers on product benefits, usage, and promotional schemes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product penetration.
- Conduct product demos and retail training sessions.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and resolve their concerns.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Report daily activities and sales data to the Area Sales Manager.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven field sales experience (preferably in adhesives, paints, FMCG, or construction materials).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Own vehicle preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
