**Job Title: Sales Executive - Construction Chemicals, Adhesives & Paints**

**Location**: Pune
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
**Experience Required**: 6 years in sales (construction chemicals, adhesives, paints or related building materials)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing solutions, and paints to contractors, applicators, builders, architects, and project consultants.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and prepare quotations in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
