**Job Title**: PGT Physics - CAIE Curriculum

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons to students in Grades 9-12 (IGCSE and A-Levels).
- Design and implement lesson plans that align with the CAIE curriculum and school standards.
- Prepare students for IGCSE and A-Level examinations with a strong focus on conceptual understanding and exam techniques.
- Conduct regular assessments, analyze student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning and scientific inquiry.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in department meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Support students through academic mentoring, remedial classes, and exam preparation sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning and school improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international curriculum (IGCSE/A-Level/IB).
- Familiarity with CAIE syllabus, marking schemes, and assessment standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in curriculum planning and resource development.
- Ability to use digital platforms like Google Classroom, MS Teams, or similar.
- Passion for science education and student-centered teaching practices.
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
