**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and engage students in critical thinking and analysis.
- Facilitate discussions, group activities, and projects that enhance students' understanding of literature and communication skills.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and class participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic and personal growth.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular approaches and participate in school-wide initiatives.
- Stay current with educational best practices and contribute to the professional development of the teaching team.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed for TGT
- M.Ed for PGT Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant teaching certification
- Experience teaching English at the high school level
