**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons as per CIE (IGCSE & A Levels) and CBSE standards.
- Design and implement assessments that meet both curriculum requirements.
- Maintain updated records of students’ progress and provide timely feedback.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, including experimental, inquiry-based, and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school events.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students as needed.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary learning.
- Ensure laboratory safety and proper maintenance of Physics lab equipment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Physics with a B.Ed. (Mandatory for CBSE; desirable for CIE).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level.
- Experience teaching both CIE and CBSE curricula is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Cambridge assessment standards and CBSE board patterns.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Continuous learner with an openness to feedback and professional development.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
