- drive agile team as the Scrum Master for Agile teams
- drive iteration execution by facilitating team events (e.g., backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, team review and demo, retrospective)
- coordinate all operational readiness (business, technical, and operational) activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, including change management activities to support readiness
- highly effective at removing blockers and working with cross functional and shared services teams to enable improved delivery models

**Your team**
- You will be part of Comms and Branding IT team, cutting across horizontally and working with other C&B IT verticals.
- You’ll be working in the Employee experience team and focusing on delivering the next generation platform for C&B.
- We are a fast paced, highly motivated, delivery focused but friendly team, present in 8 cities in 6 countries covering US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Our job is to create and deliver innovative solutions for business problems whilst maintaining a complex and multifaceted platform.

**Your expertise**
- 5 to 7yrs Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a Scrum team- experience using JIRA, DevOps, and GitLab
- able to manage executive level communications and ability to synthesize information required
- comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- ability to interact with all levels including key stakeholders and influence decision-making beyond area of responsibility
- good to have Scrum Master certification
- #LI-SS1
