Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile Facilitation:

- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote a culture of transparency and open communication within the team.
- Ensure that agile practices are followed and continuously improved.

2. Servant Leadership:

- Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, removing impediments and ensuring a collaborative and empowered team environment.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring that the team is working on the highest priority tasks.

3. Continuous Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement within the team by identifying and addressing challenges, leveraging data and feedback to optimize processes.
- Encourage the adoption of agile best practices and methodologies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

4. Risk Management:

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team’s ability to deliver high-quality software.
- Address potential issues before they become critical, ensuring mínimal disruption to the delivery process.

5. Team Building:

- Foster a high-performing team culture by promoting trust, collaboration, and accountability.
- Work closely with team members to build a strong sense of unity and shared purpose.

6. Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, customers, and other relevant parties.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration toward achieving project goals and maintaining a clear understanding of stakeholder expectations.

7. Agile Tool Utilization:

- Utilize agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello for backlog management, sprint tracking, and maintaining project transparency.
- Ensure that the team effectively uses these tools to stay organized and focused on delivering value.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a track record of successful agile project delivery.
- Mastery of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and resolve conflicts.
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability in servant leadership, risk management, team building, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) would be preferred.
- Experience in software development or technology-focused environments.
