Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and enable high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven experience in guiding development teams, product owners, and stakeholders towards adopting Agile best practices. This role requires a servant-leader mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams, enabling self-organization and high performance.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring clarity of user stories.
  • Identify and remove impediments/blockers that hinder team progress.
  • Guide teams on Agile values, principles, and practices, ensuring proper adoption across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, feedback loops, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and delivery goals.
  • Drive Agile maturity assessments and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness.
  • Foster an environment of transparency, trust, and collaboration within and across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile KPIs (velocity, lead time, cycle time, burndown, etc.) and provide regular reporting.
  • Support scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) if applicable in multi-team or enterprise environments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC or equivalent.
