Introduction:
Responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of Scrum practices and principles within team. As Scrum Master you would be responsible to ensure that the Scrum framework is properly understood, implemented and followed by the team. Conduct various sprint ceremonies like Team Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective. You will work and coordinate with various stakeholders from business and technology teams for sprint planning and ensuring timely delivery of committed outcomes. Help and support implementation of change in production.

What will you be doing?
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Work proactively with stakeholders to develop Sprint content, track progress, resolve issues
- Work with Product Owner in stories refinement and sprint readiness
- Coach and mentor team guiding them on the Scrum principles, practices and values.
- Facilitate effective communication within team and stakeholders to ensure information flows smoothly and promote open dialogue and productive discussions.
- Monitor the progress of team, track key metrics and provide visibility into the project status.
- Promote culture of continuous improvement by conducting sprint retrospection and implementing lessons learnt in subsequent sprints.
- Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the progress of the team.
- Provide inputs and support PMO and Project Manager in project governance and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in performing Scrum Master roles across multiple Agile Teams.
- Strong hand on experience in working on Agile tools, building dashboards to manage agile projects using Jira
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
- Knowledge of agile frameworks i.e., Scrum, Kanban
- The basic degree could be B.tech / BE / BCS / any equivalent graduation degree in technology and computer science.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent (i.e. Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance qualifications)
- Corporate Banking/Billing Domain Background
