This is a key leadership role working with the GBS Global Solutions Transformation Leadership Team and GBS India Leadership Team to deliver projects and programs to achieve a true step change in how transformation is delivered in GBS The role will collaborate heavily with the Transformation team Program Directors for each function to achieve innovative and ‘game-changing’ transformation, whilst also leading the team deploying end-to-end process transformation including RPA and digital step-change resulting in GBS delivering customer focused solutions, being more competitive, agile and future focused.. The role will deliver the GBS-owned business change components of technology enabled transformation programs, alongside technology changes which are delivery responsibility of the relevant IT&S organisation and project team.

The role is responsible for building sustaining capability for the Centre in scrum master delivery and execution, digital capability including dev ops and RPA, developing an agile mindset and the use of design thinking.

An effective facilitator who enables one or more scrum team to run an Automation initiative utilizing Agile methodology. Responsible for running concurrent Agile projects under fast-paced work environment with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.

**Delivery Experience**
- Experience in Project Management across full project lifecycle with 15+ years of experience as a Scrum Master - where Scrum principles, practices and theory were diligently applied (essential)
- Demonstrated Facilitation, Communication and Organisational skills (essential)
- Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner (essential)
- Proven Agile experience in IT delivery, building and sustaining high performing teams(essential)
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- History of improving delivery performance (essential)
- Experience of working in an onsite / offshore setup with requirement directly or indirectly coming from various groups. Should be able to extend consultation, high level solution and the precise implementation methodology for each of those requirements
- Knowledge of full Software Development Lifecycle (essential)
- Knowledge of RPA (essential)
- Ability to analyse new Automation requirement and suggest suitable services (desirable)
- Experience of automation or implementation of RPA automation projects (desirable)
