- To establish a framework for the Team so that it can work effectively and efficiently, i.e. protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.- To improve the productivity of the Team developing the Project, facilitating creativity and access to the resources that are needed to enable the Team developing the Project to manage itself.- Collaborative effort together with the Product owner for maintaining an effective Product Backlog.- To maintain project progress information and be responsible to share updates with product stakeholders.- To facilitate close collaboration between all the Roles and functions, removing any potential obstructions to this.- To deal with any impediments that arise in the different sprints involved in the projects.- To ensure that agile practices are used which speed up the Project and are positive to the team, including facilitating Scrum events.- To remove the barriers and obstructions between the Team and the Product Owner.- To show the stakeholders the best way to maximise the ROI (Return of Investment), and to achieve the aims using Scrum.- To improve the engineering practices and the tools that are used in the project, with a view to ensuring that every increase of functionality can be put into production.

**Must Have Skills**:
- Strong skills and experience in agile techniques, methods, tools, best practices and frameworks like SCRUM, Kanban, Spotify, SAFe, LeSS (such as CSM Certified Scrum Master [Scrum Alliance], PSM Professional Scrum Master[Scrum.org]) and software engineering / process models- Strong coaching capabilities and conflict resolution skills at team level- Servant leadership experience- Outstanding communication and decision making skills- Strong moderation skills- Humble: put team success first- Collaborative: between team members and with Product Owner- Influential: to remove impediments and enhance team productivity- Knowledgeable: technical, market, or specific knowledge to help the team in pursuit of its goal.
