A project coordinator is an individual responsible for overseeing and supporting various aspects of a project from initiation to completion. Their role is to facilitate the smooth execution of projects by coordinating resources, schedules, tasks, and communication among team members and stakeholders.

What do We Expect:

- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and team members.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project milestones.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Track project progress, update project dashboards, and report on key metrics.
- Support project risk management efforts by identifying potential risks, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and conflicts.
- Maintain project files, databases, and other project-related documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
