**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our healthcare services.
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Act as the point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in international voice calling.
- Must be a B-Tech graduate from any stream.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
