Logistics Coordinator

**Job description**
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee our Amazon FBA shipments across all operational markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently from our production site to Amazon Fulfillment Centers in the USA, India, Middle East (UAE, KSA), and Australia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the internal production team to prepare and schedule shipments.
- Obtain and compare quotes from various shipping agencies to secure optimal shipping options and costs.
- Finalize shipping arrangements and manage bookings with selected agencies.
- Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation in compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
- Monitor and report on the status of shipments and any logistic issues that arise.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operation of the shipping process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role, preferably in an international shipping environment.
- Familiarity with the operational procedures and documentation requirements for exports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
