**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to bring designs to life.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (agency, product, or freelance).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

**Preferred / Nice to Have**:

- Experience in designing for healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for developer handoff.
- Knowledge of design thinking methodology and agile workflows.
- Motion graphics or micro-interaction design experience.
