**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and translate user requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the product.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and advocate for innovative design solutions within the organisation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuously improving the design processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
