**Company Description**:Teks Academy is a learning center in Hyderabad that focuses on providing students with real-world training to help them excel in their careers. We offer both offline and online learning facilities, allowing students to choose the mode that suits their convenience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and create user personas.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, templates and newsletters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment.
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Create visually appealing graphics, logos, icons, and branding materials.
- Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards).
- Create social media graphics and assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
- Portfolio that showcases design process and thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with front-end design and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility guidelines.
- Certification in UX design or related field.
- Experience with user testing and usability testing tools
