As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for digital products and services. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, designing seamless user experiences, and translating them into elegant and functional interface designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create compelling user experiences that align with business goals and user expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
- **UI Design**: Design visually engaging user interfaces that effectively communicate the functionality and branding of digital products. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- **Interaction Design**: Define interaction patterns, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and usability. Ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints of the user journey.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement. Analyze feedback and usability data to refine designs and optimize user experiences.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- **UI Component Libraries**: Create and maintain UI component libraries, design systems, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
- **Accessibility**: Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines, making digital products inclusive and usable for all users, including those with disabilities.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Share knowledge and insights with the design team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- UX: 1 year (preferred)
- Figma: 1 year (preferred)
