**Job description**

We are seeking passionate Chess Coaches with the following qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- **Strong knowledge of chess.**:

- **Fluency in English and Tamil.**:

- **Classes conducted exclusively in English.**:

- **Must be a FIDE rated Player and Experienced.**:

- **A passion for teaching.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Player Assessment**: Evaluate students’ current chess levels, strengths, weaknesses, and playing styles.
- **Game Analysis**: Review and analyze student games to pinpoint mistakes and missed opportunities.
- **Chess puzzles and Exercises**: Assign chess puzzles, exercises, and drills to develop problem-solving skills, improve tactical and positional awareness, and enhance calculation abilities.
- **Tournament Preparation**: Assist students in preparing for chess tournaments by helping them formulate effective game plans and manage their time effectively during games.
- **Tailored Instruction**: Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students, whether they are children, adults, beginners, intermediate players, or advanced players.
- **Progress Tracking**: Maintain records of student progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- **Training Delivery**: Provide chess training as per the assigned schedule.
- **Business Development**: Support the team in expanding the program.

Job Type**:Part-time**

Pay**:₹300 to ₹500 per hour**

Expected hours**:12 per week**
