**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured chess training sessions for students of varying age groups and skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and strategies to enhance students understanding of the game.
- Provide individual feedback and track student progress.
- Organize practice games, tournaments, and other chess-related activities.
- Use online platforms effectively for virtual coaching sessions when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of chess strategies, openings, middlegame, and endgame techniques.
- Proven record in competitive play or coaching experience.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Technical proficiency in using online coaching platforms and digital tools.
- Formal coaching certification (FIDE or All India Chess Federation - AICF) is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
