We are hiring **Lead - TA Demand Function** for one of our leading clients in **Gurgaon** Location.

Work **experience around 8 - 10 years**. All should have **experience in "**HR specialization " and " Line Management**and**Customer Management** **"**
- Designation**:Lead - TA Demand Function**:

- Salary**:10 - 12 LPA**

**Job Purpose**:
Lead -TA Demand Function will be responsible for **Line Management**, **Customer Management**, **Escalation Management**, **Implement and drive** to strategy regarding new business, etc.

Note:

- **Interview will be Conducted F2F**:

- **No Virtual Round**:

- **Immediate Joiner Required**

**A. Technical / Professional Competence**
- Master in **Management with HR specialization** or equivalent university degree.
- Very **Good management and analytical** views.
- **Minimum 10-12 years overall experience** and **8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition**.
- Experience in other **HR functions** will be an advantage.
- Proficiencies in **MS products**.

**B. Business Competence**
- Must be a **Line Manager** with good experience in **team management**.
- Good knowledge of **HR Talent Acquisition function**.
- Excellent **Customer Management skills** & **business development** approach.
- Good Knowledge of **Process Management**.
- Good Knowledge of **program governance**.

**C. Human Competence**
- Proficient **communication**, **Verbal and written fluency in English**, and **leadership skills**.
- Very good **interpersonal skills** and **developing networking**.
- Excellent **presentation skills**.
- Strong conflict **management skills**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Line Management** for the team under **TA Demand Sub Unit**.
- **Customer Management** - Interaction with customers to understand their resource requirements, future business plans, issues & challenges.
- Prepare a business plan for 1 year, 3 years & 5 years to develop new customers as well as repeat business from an existing customer.
- Work closely with Lead - TA Supply & team to ensure no gap in understanding customer demand and meet customer expectations.
- Implement & drive the plan to achieve targets as per the defined SLA with the right quality resources
- **Escalation Management** - Handle customer escalation till closer.
- **Management reporting**.
- Quality **Audit compliance**.
