As a key member of the India TA team, you will be supporting Ciena’s recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions across India.

Your Responsibilities:

- Managing queries/ responses after campaign
- Extracting numbers from all the 30 Phenom Projects with their Hot/Warm/Cold/Unengaged/Offer Split
- Compiling Campaign analytics for the team
- Displaced worker advertisements
- Free/nonprofit job sites across EMEA
- Employer Reputation Site Reviews/Response Handling + Company Updates
- Supporting in Career Sessions
- Help with session logistics
- Post Offer Engagement - 30-60-90 days notice
- RC connects to identify risk of offer dropout or any sort of change in offer.
- Handling the assessment tests that are required to be given for specific requisitions.
- Monthly TA housekeeping dashboard
- Managing Sharepoint for TA & Marketing
- Support in campus activities
- Coordination, Student Connect, E - logistics, Reporting
