Monitoring day to day site activities

Material Inspection and its approval

Implementation of construction checklist for all the activities

Overall responsible for the implementation of work methodologies.

Managing site records (Site instructions, transmittals, drawings, quality issue trackers, test reports, Joint measurements sign off, Etc.,

Monitoring Quality of works

Identifying and sharing quality issue reports to vendors and follow up with vendors to close the same.

Ensure to maintain all quality related documents at site office.

Issuing necessary Site Instructions as and when necessary

Ensuring compliance to Quality audits in consultation with Project Head

Recording and managing project issues and escalating whenever necessary to the Project Head.

Ensure to monitor and control the wastages of all the materials by giving proper instruction to the Engineers and supervisors

Ensure delivery of all civil works to the required quality standard. Ensure to deliver the works as per quality Plan.

Witnessing quality tests on site/off site

Issuing noncompliance reports to vendors and site team

Participation in Quality Audits and its closing.

Liaison with, and updates on quality issues with Quality Manager.

Supervision of project deliverables in line with the project plan.

Ensure to deliver of the works as per method statement/ Engineering Standards

**Qualification and experience**

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.

Proven experience in residential building construction 5 to 8 years.

In-depth knowledge of IS codes to meet the quality standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
