**Mandatory Skills**:

- Strong knowledge in IT compliance Standards.
- Good understanding of IT Hardware asset management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with governance and control is a plus (KPI dashboard creation, report generation etc)
- Advanced Excel knowledge to effectively report on and analyze quality metrics
- Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform health assessments of IT HUB processes and practices.
- Generate KPIs for governance and control to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Inspect ServiceNow data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct process deviation monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor development with quality checks and controls including control reports (duplicate entries, improper tagging, inactive assets - widgets/indicators).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and adherence to work instructions.
- Identify and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Prepare/Review SOP and work instructions
- Support the team during internal audits and with remediation activities.
