The Opening is with Leading Pharma and Chemical Company for their office in Mumbai.

Role: EHS (Environment, Health, Safety)

**Key Responsibilities would be**:

- Manage the Environment, Health & Safety function for all locations under GAVL R&D and build EHS culture in the organization.
- Identify & Analyze risk by following various process hazard analysis techniques like HIRA, **HAZOP**, JSA, PSSR, QRA etc.
- Measure and monitor effectiveness of EHS programs and indices.
- Ensure updating EHS performance data, compile and analyze data to identify improvement trends and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead projects in term of process safety, machinery safety, fire safety, electrical safety, etc.
- Drive implementation of EHS agenda in line with Group policies, current legislation and GAVL systems & procedures.
- Close coordination with site in charge, Head of Departments and other stakeholder to ensure proper implementation of EHS systems & procedures.
- Ensure EHS compliance at all R&D sites through adequate inspection and audit.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Create awareness on EHS by implementing training programs amongst staff and improve teams understanding of health and safety practices.
