Science Graduate, Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering).

certification course and can understand (read and write) local “Marathi” language.
- Basic computer knowledge MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

**Experience**:

- At least of 2 to 3 years in EHS function in Chemical/ Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Expectations:

- To support the Site EHS function.
- Preparation and submission of documents like water returns in Form 1, water cess, Form B,

Form 27, Hazardous Manifest, Annual returns etc. to government authorities like MPCB,

MIDC, PESO, DISH and as appropriate.
- Checking the reports received from testing lab’s for analysis of water samples from Effluent

Treatment Plant, Environmental Monitoring parameters and others for correctness,

maintaining proper documentations, processing the invoices etc. and necessary coordination

with vendors and colleague’s from various functions.
- Daily monitoring of the “OCEMS” online continuous effluent monitoring system and ensuring

smooth functioning of the same.
- Seamless coordination during monthly visit of MPCB, CETP and Environment monitoring lab

vendors.
- To ensure proper maintenance and documentation of Fire Protection systems on the site in

coordination with colleague’s and AMC vendors.
- Daily reporting to the EHS Manager on the status and update real time concerns if any.
- To coordinate with internal colleague’s, vendor’s and ensure smooth transition of hazardous

waste offsite disposal with all the necessary documentation.
- To ensure correctness and complete closure of the permit to work system (Hot work, Height

work, Confined space and Excavation work) on regular basis and maintain the status report.
- To ensure good documentation, support and coordination for the monthly safety inspection

reports, safety committee minutes and follow up for compliance.
