Your role will be to ensure smooth operations at the facility/site by enhancing efficiency using innovation and technology. Your role will encompass and not be limited to:Oversee the EHS operations for all sites to ensure that our operations are in line with regulatory requirements, internationally accepted best practices & applicable systems. Fulfilling all EHS regulatory requirements, external party concerns & requirements related to EHS. Increase EHS awareness & motivation through trainings, meetings, presentations, special activities, visits & interactions. Planning & organizing measures for EHS improvements viz- control of injuries, incident investigations, PPE quality & availability, safety inspections/audits, reduction in consumption of water, energy & chemicals; prevention of pollution. To apprise top management on various EHS parameters & suggest improvement measures required to improve EHS performance. Client: You will be working on Brookfield Properties, which is a Commercial Property located at Powai, Mumbai. You must have a keen eye for detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering OR equivalent, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in the Facility Industry/Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites, candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
