Urgent opening Flight Dispatcher - Kurla Mumbai

Flight Dispatcher for better understanding.

Flight dispatchers have a wide range of responsibilities, which includes:

- Monitoring weather conditions to ensure flight safety, making and providing the best possible routes.
- Creating flight plans using information from the dispatcher’s database of airport operations and runway configurations
- Providing pre-flight counseling to pilots about Airport restrictions, NOTAMS, weather conditions, block times flight times, and other important information
- Verifying that aircraft have enough fuel for their flights and updating fuel levels as needed
- Monitoring air traffic control communications to ensure safe passage of planes in flight
- Coordinating with pilots and other crew members to ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Scheduling aircraft maintenance checks and creating maintenance reports for each plane
- Communicating with pilots about any changes in plans or any exigencies that may occur during a flight

Flight concierges are responsible to develop a relationship with company Clients to better understand their needs in order to personalize their experience and ensure the proper platform, likely salesforce is updated

Communicate pertinent information to Clients or flight Crew personnel, and all ancillary groups

Assisting Clients with special needs

Flight coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a flight run smoothly and safely. They work closely with pilots, dispatchers, ground crews, and other personnel to ensure that aircrafts are properly staffed, equipped, and well prepared before take-off.

Whether in the air or on ground, they must monitor all aspects of the flight—ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Arranging for airport services such as GH, fuel, catering services etc

CTC will be 5 to 7 LPA. Communication and English fluency is a must.
