**Job Summary**
We have an urgent opening for Dispatch Executive in our Company,
Buildon plasters pvt ltd : Buildon is a one of the leading manufacturer and importer of Gypsum plaster and Gypsum blocks,first of its kind embarking in India.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Arranging for vehicles with transporters and lining up the dispatches
- Ensure the vehicle reaches on time and dispatch is done smoothly
- Checking of sales order and filing the same
- Taking approval on the quoted prices through sales person
- Coordination with the field sales staff at pan India level
- Checking of Transporter bills and instruct for release payments
- Must have knowledge of Tally and updating MIS reports

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Must be a graduate in any stream

Must have relevant of exp of min 4 years as dispatch executive
Must have good knowledge of tally and excel
Should be able to multitask and prioritize work
Must have excellent communication skills
able to handle pressure

**Benefits**
Salary Range
20000/- to 33000 per month
