**JOB TITLE**:FLIGHT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

**DEPARTMENT**: FLIGHT OPERATIONS CENTER (FOC)

**LOCATION**:MUMBAI

**EXPERIENCE**: 2-3 YEARS

**CTC**: 400,000 P.A.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Primary responsibility is to ensure the overall flight operations go smoothly and efficiently.
- Responsible for documenting & coordinating with the clients & ensure their requirements are met in the best possible manner.
- Co-ordinate & follow-up with the vendors and get the best rates & ensure they are pro-active in their responses and action on the flight.
- Ensure the service is delivered in a professional & appropriate manner as per the laid down guidelines & processes and is compliant with defined operations standards.
- Receive and acknowledge new flight requests and prepare new trip files ensuring all required information has been received.
- Prepare and send permit requests, PPR & slot requests to appropriate vendors.
- Ensure that agents and vendors selected are correct for the required tasks and in line with company policies.
- Obtain over flying & landing permission for all the schedule and non-schedule flights.
- Monitor the aviation related ERP & keep it up to date.
- Arrange ground handling & fuel for business, private flights plus medevac flights.
- Preparing the trip cost estimates & ground handling costing's.
- Requesting for fuel rates and getting the best price.
- Assisting the on-duty dispatchers whenever required.
- Obtaining clearances for each operating flight - domestic & international.
- Assisting the charter team in terms of providing any required operational information.
- Prepare and provide detailed handover for the next shift.
- Follow up for invoices, whenever required by the QC team.
- Collating information & maintaining database on domestic & international handlers & their rates for different locations for different aircrafts.
- Maintain& store the aircraft documents & other operational documents.
- Obtain feedback from captains, crew & client on the operated flight and implement or work on it, if required.
- Ensure to follow the laid down standard operating procedure (SOP) and report any deviation to the manager immediately.
- Maintain trackers & prepare reports for the ease of work of the next shift & management.
- Provide careful flight watch / tracking of every flight.
- Any other duties assigned by the manager in terms of operations.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILL SETS REQUIRED**
- Aviation or airline Knowledge (preferable non-scheduled / ad-hoc / GA or Business Aviation)
- Good written & spoken English.
- Good communication & inter-personal skills
- Planning & analytical
- Problem Solving & decision making.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study.
- Minimum experience of at least 01-02 years in the aviation / airline industry preferable in non-scheduled, general aviation or business aviation.
- Aviation related certifications will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Support Executive: 2 years (preferred)
- Flight support: 2 years (preferred)
