is a fast-growing online travel platform focused on flight ticketing and seamless travel solutions. We're expanding our operations team in Mumbai to deliver excellent service to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ticketing & Reservations:
  • Issue, reissue, and cancel domestic and international flight tickets.
  • Handle refunds, itinerary changes, and fare recalculations accurately.
  • Use GDS/airline systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) to find and book the best fares.
  • Customer & Trade Support:
  • Assist customers and travel partners via phone and email on booking-related queries.
  • Provide accurate information on fares, flight schedules, and special service requests.
  • Ensure seamless post-booking support and problem resolution.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain updated records of all bookings and transactions.
  • Coordinate with airlines for fare rules, schedule changes, and operational updates.
  • Support the sales team with group bookings, corporate accounts, and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the airline/travel industry (reservations, ticketing, sales support, or similar).
  • Hands-on knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing processes, and refund procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with group bookings, corporate travel, and online travel platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and partners.
