is a fast-growing online travel platform focused on flight ticketing and seamless travel solutions. We're expanding our operations team in Mumbai to deliver excellent service to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing & Reservations:

  • Issue, reissue, and cancel domestic and international flight tickets and give the best support to the customers for the queries and assisting them.
  • Picking the calling and monitoring the backend panel for any requests from regarding cancellations and reschulde of the customer and getting it resolved on priority.
  • Handle refunds, itinerary changes, and fare recalculations accurately.

  • Use GDS/airline systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) along with agent login and comparing on different OTAs to find and book the best fares.

  • Customer & Trade Support:

  • Assist customers and travel partners via phone and email on booking-related queries.
  • Provide accurate information on fares, flight schedules, and special service requests.

  • Ensure seamless post-booking support and problem resolution.

  • Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain updated records of all bookings and transactions.
  • Coordinate with airlines for fare rules, schedule changes, and operational updates.
  • Support the sales team with group bookings, corporate accounts, and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    1–3 years of experience in the airline/travel industry
    (reservations, ticketing, sales support, or similar).
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    GDS systems
    (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing processes, and refund procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with group bookings, corporate travel, and online travel platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and partners.
