**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **VMC Programmer** to create and optimize VMC programs for vertical machining centers. The role involves programming, setting up, and troubleshooting VMC machines to produce high-precision parts, ensuring quality standards and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize VMC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, NX).
- Set up VMC machines, select tools, and ensure proper calibration.
- Inspect and verify parts to meet tolerances and specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine and program issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with VMC programming and setup.
- Proficient in CAM software and VMC programming (G-code, M-code).
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with multi-axis VMCs.
- CNC programming certification or relevant training.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,765.06 per month
