Job Title: VMC Setter Programmer cum Operator

Work Location: Hosur

**Job Description**:
A strong understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and G-code programming is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate VMC machines according to job orders and technical drawings.
- Develop and edit CNC programs using G-code or CAM software.
- Perform tool setting, work offset setting, and part inspection.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure precision and quality in every job as per drawing tolerances.
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or programs to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness.
- Maintain records of job setups, production runs, and inspection results.

Mandatory Key Skills: (Any one)
- Machining process knowledge in VMC
- Setup verification, tool offset adjustments
- Experience with measuring tools (gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
