**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and modify CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam,Solid cam,NX ) & manual G-code programming.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
- Set up and operate VMC machines to perform milling, drilling, tapping, and other machining operations.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure all machined parts meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Troubleshoot programming or machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time and increase tool life.
- Maintain detailed records of programs, setups, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to improve manufacturability and efficiency.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming and machining.
- Proficient in G-code, M-code, and CAM software ( Mastercam, SolidCAM, or NX ).
- Strong understanding of 3-axis and 4-axis VMC operations.
- Advanced knowledge of machining various materials (steel, aluminum, SS, etc.).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
- Familiar with CNC machine controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with high-precision and tolerance machining.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
- Knowledge of CNC lathe programming (added advantage).
- Experience in tool life monitoring and predictive maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
