As a Sales Officer
- Dealers and Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by appointing new distributors, maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors, executing marketing activities, analyzing sales data, and ensuring excellent execution of promotion and product launch plans.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Appointing new distributors and expanding the market in the allocated territory.
- Regular visits to meet existing distributors to address concerns related to products or customers.
- Conducting market mapping to implement marketing activities across all channels.
- Reviewing dealer/distribution sales against monthly targets.
- Developing promotion and product launch plans and ensuring their successful execution.
- Preparing sales analysis and market analysis reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
**Requirements**:

- Sales and goals-oriented personality.
- Solid judgment with the ability to make good decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent presentation skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must have a Bike along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
