**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and skilled Barista to join our team. You will play a key role in making every cup of coffee a memorable one

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
- Assist customers with menu options and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstations and café area.
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed in food preparation and service.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, offering friendly and efficient service.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based drinks is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
