As a barista, your primary responsibility will be crafting various types of coffee in a fast-paced environment while upholding the standards and quality of the coffees. Proficient in various brewing techniques and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.

Seeking a skilled barista with a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a coffee shop setting

1. Customer-oriented barista with a strong ability to interact positively with patrons. Prioritizes customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency during busy periods.

2. Enthusiastic about specialty coffee, this barista should be knowledgeable in unique brewing methods and coffee bean varieties.

3. Organized team player with a strong sense of time prioritization and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

4. Passionate about delivering a premium coffee experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty drinks. Additionally, handle the preparation and serving of food items.

2. Efficiently punch orders into the system with a keen eye for detail and deliver the beverages and meet the clients expectations.

3. Demonstrate creativity and passion in crafting beverages to not only meet but exceed client expectations.

4. Should possess in-depth knowledge about coffee and its preparation processes. Ability to skilfully prepare excellent coffee tailored to customer preferences.

5. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp recipes and procedures, coupled with a willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.

6. Experienced in handling high-volume coffee shops, adapt at fast-paced work environments. Skilled in managing queues and ensuring prompt service without compromising quality.

7. Undertake regular cleaning, follow hygiene standards to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

8. Responsible for reporting Stock Levels and Inventory to the main branch. Assist in monitoring and managing stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

**Job Type**:This position offers a Full time Job opportunity. (Monday - Saturday)

**Salary**:Ranging between Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 per month.

**Educational Qualification**:12th+ / Diploma

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
