**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Inbound calls for Sky Mobile related quires and upselling on products as per the client requirement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Ø Voice process (30-35 calls per/day)

Ø Good communication skills

Ø Performance and Sales Incentives (Sales amount not to be disclosed)

Ø Objection handling skills

Ø 2 days rotational work off in a week

Ø 24*7 shift

Ø Typing skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy

Ø Minimum qualification is 10th/ 12th / Graduate (Age criteria 18+)

Ø HSC Fresher

Ø Any specialization (student with backlogs can apply)

Ø Post Graduates (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
