**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- A CSA in this role is responsible for processing data with high accuracy and pace in a specified format while adhering to the prescribed SLA.
- Operational
- Ensure that the computerized records are captured accurately and maintained in prescribed manner.
- Checks the data received from the client for complete details.
- Re-enters the given data into a client specified format.
- Solicits and compiles information and data related to processing activities.
- Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the project requirement and meets the specified quality standards
- Assures protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up per day.
- Generates statistical and data reports as required
- Examine and evaluate document contents to insure accuracy and to correct inconsistencies
- Maintaining confidentiality, verifying information, building a physical filing system, backing up data and updating data entry software

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Required: Ø Education / Qualifications: Graduate Fresher / Undergraduate - 2 Years Experience

**Know-How**
- Critical: Ø Good analytical skills Ø Patient and process oriented Ø An eye for detail Ø Ability to handle large amount of data Ø Typing Skills - 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy
